Limited Liability Partnership Law
A Limited Liability Partnership or LLP is a new type of legal entity, which has
been introduced in India in the year 2008; this entity has features of both a company
and a partnership firm. It is an alternative corporate business vehicle that would
give the benefits of limited liability but would allow its members the flexibility
of organizing their internal structure as a partnership based on an agreement amongst
its partners.
LLP Act, 2008 permits partnerships and companies to convert into LLPs.

Foreign Exchange Law
