Books and Articles

Partners of our firm have authored and edited many books and journals. Books on ‘Chartered Accountants Documentation and Compliances under Companies Act, 2013, Peer Review and Quality Review’, ‘Documentation for Chartered Accountants’, ‘Limited Liability Partnerships – Law, Procedure and Taxation’, ‘Taxation aspects of LLP’, ‘Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) and Banking Cash Transaction Tax (BCTT)’, and ‘Documentation of Audits’, has been authored by CA. Pramod Jain. A Book on ‘VAT’ was jointly co-authored by CA. Pramod Jain and CA. Rajesh Saluja along with Mr. P. K. Gupta. Another book on ‘Accounting Standards and CARO’ has been co-authored by CA. Pramod Jain.

Partners of our firm have been regularly writing articles on various subject of Income Tax, Audit, Company Law and Service Tax in various journals.

Knowledge Sharing

Partners of our firm have been gaining expertise by sharing their knowledge through giving presentations, lectures and conducting workshops and trainings on various subjects including that on Direct and Indirect Taxes, Corporate Laws, Audits & Assurance and HR to not only our clients but various other professionals and corporate too. One of our partner has been Course Director and Advisor for past six years of ‘Annual Workshop on Income Tax’ and ‘Annual Accounting Standards Workshop’ organized by ‘All India Chartered Accountants Society’ for qualified professionals. One of our partner is a regular faculty for corporate and HR trainings.
